Our Content Mission
StatFlare's blog and educational content exists to help creators, marketers, and developers understand analytics and make better data-driven decisions. Every article we publish is written to answer a specific, practical question that real users have asked — not to fill space or manufacture SEO content at scale.
We do not publish content to deceive, exaggerate, or sensationalize. If something is uncertain or approximate (such as revenue estimates), we say so clearly.
Who Writes StatFlare Content
All StatFlare articles are written by Jayesh Gavit, the founder of StatFlare. Jayesh has spent years studying the YouTube algorithm, building creator analytics tools, and creating content at @jayeshverse on YouTube. This direct experience informs the practical, data-driven approach reflected in every article.
We do not use AI-generated content for blog articles. AI tools may be used for research assistance or outline generation, but all final text is written, reviewed, and edited by a human author who has direct experience with the subject matter.
Accuracy Standards
Before publishing, every article goes through a fact-checking process:
— All statistical claims must be sourced or directly derived from verifiable data (YouTube API, published research, or first-hand testing). — All YouTube algorithm claims are based on publicly documented information from YouTube's Creator Insider channel, official YouTube Help documentation, or widely-acknowledged creator industry knowledge. — Revenue figures, RPM estimates, and engagement benchmarks are clearly labeled as estimates or industry averages — never presented as exact figures. — When we reference specific tools or platforms (vidIQ, TubeBuddy, etc.), we have used them or reviewed credible third-party assessments.
Content Update Policy
YouTube's algorithm, Instagram's platform, and GitHub's API change regularly. Content that was accurate when published may become outdated. StatFlare commits to:
— Reviewing all articles with date-sensitive claims at least once every 6 months. — Updating the "Updated" date at the top of each article when substantive changes are made. — Marking articles as outdated or archiving them if the core premise has become obsolete and an updated version is not yet available. — Never backdating update timestamps — the "updatedAt" date in every article reflects the actual date of the last substantive revision.
Corrections Policy
If you identify a factual error in any StatFlare article, please contact us via the contact page. We commit to reviewing reported errors within 7 business days and publishing a correction notice at the bottom of the relevant article if the error is confirmed. We do not silently edit errors — visible corrections maintain the trust of our readers and reflect our commitment to accuracy.
Affiliate & Sponsored Content Policy
StatFlare does not currently publish sponsored articles or affiliate-linked content. All tool recommendations in our articles are based solely on editorial merit — we mention tools we have used and found genuinely useful, and we receive no compensation for these mentions.
If this changes in the future, sponsored content will be clearly labeled as such at the top of the article. Sponsored posts will still meet the same accuracy and quality standards as editorial content.
Advertising Policy
StatFlare is funded by Google AdSense display advertising. Ads are served automatically by Google based on page content and user interest. StatFlare has no control over which specific ads appear, but participates in Google's ad quality programs to minimize irrelevant or intrusive ad formats.
Advertising does not influence editorial content decisions. Topics are chosen based on creator educational value, not advertiser interest. No advertiser has ever reviewed, approved, or influenced a StatFlare article.
