What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They allow websites to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how you use the site.
Cookies We Use
Authentication cookies (Essential)Essential
When you sign in with Google or GitHub, Supabase Auth sets a session cookie to keep you logged in across pages. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without logging you out.
Theme preference (Functional)Functional
We store your light/dark mode preference in localStorage so it persists across sessions. This is a local storage entry, not a traditional cookie.
Google AdSense (Advertising)Advertising
StatFlare displays ads via Google AdSense. Google may set advertising cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and browsing history. These cookies are set by Google, not by StatFlare directly.
Third-Party Cookies
Google AdSense and other Google services may set cookies on your device when you visit StatFlare. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. StatFlare does not control these cookies. Other third-party services we use (Vercel, Render) may set standard server-side cookies for security and performance purposes.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to StatFlare. To opt out of Google advertising cookies, visit adssettings.google.com. To opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly, visit youronlinechoices.eu (EU) or optout.aboutads.info (US).
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a 'Do Not Track' (DNT) signal. StatFlare does not currently respond to DNT signals, but we are mindful of your privacy and collect only what is necessary to provide the Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date.
