Please read this disclaimer carefully before using StatFlare or relying on any data, estimate, or AI-generated insight provided by the platform.

Revenue Estimates Are Not Real Earnings Data

All revenue figures displayed on StatFlare — including estimated monthly revenue, estimated annual revenue, and estimated revenue per video — are approximations calculated from publicly available view count data multiplied by industry-average RPM (Revenue Per Mille) benchmarks.

YouTube does not expose creator earnings data through any public API. StatFlare does not have access to any channel's actual AdSense revenue, YouTube Partner Program payments, or sponsorship income.

Revenue estimates are clearly labeled as estimates throughout the platform. Do not use StatFlare's revenue figures for financial planning, business valuation, investor presentations, or any decision that requires accurate earnings data. Actual channel revenue may be significantly higher or lower than any StatFlare estimate.

AI-Generated Insights Are Suggestions, Not Guarantees

StatFlare uses Anthropic's Claude AI, Google Gemini, and Groq to generate channel insights, growth recommendations, and SEO suggestions. These outputs are generated based on publicly available channel data and general knowledge about YouTube's algorithm and best practices.

AI-generated insights should be treated as starting points for research and strategy, not definitive advice. YouTube's algorithm is proprietary and changes frequently. Recommendations that have worked historically may not produce the same results in all cases. StatFlare makes no guarantee that following any AI-generated suggestion will result in channel growth, increased views, or improved monetization.

Data Accuracy and Freshness

StatFlare fetches data from official public APIs: YouTube Data API v3 (for YouTube channels), Apify's Instagram scraper (for Instagram profiles), and GitHub API v3 (for GitHub developers). The data returned reflects what these APIs provide at the time of the request.

StatFlare does not store or cache YouTube channel data long-term. Instagram data is cached for up to 1 hour per profile. GitHub data reflects the public API's current snapshot.

StatFlare is not responsible for inaccuracies in data returned by third-party APIs, including subscriber count discrepancies, delayed view count updates, or missing data for specific channels.

Not Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

Nothing on StatFlare constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or professional consulting of any kind. The platform is an informational and analytical tool. All decisions made using StatFlare data are your sole responsibility. StatFlare and its creator, Jayesh Gavit, expressly disclaim liability for any decisions made based on data or insights from this platform.

Third-Party Platform Terms

StatFlare operates within the terms of service of the APIs it uses. YouTube data is accessed in compliance with YouTube's API Terms of Service and Google's Developer Policies. Instagram data is accessed via Apify's officially authorized scraping service in compliance with Instagram's publicly accessible profile data policies. GitHub data is accessed via the unauthenticated public GitHub API.

StatFlare is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, or GitHub.

Limitation of Liability

StatFlare is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall StatFlare or Jayesh Gavit be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform or its data.
