Payment rails that work outside the US

Bank codes checked before you send

How to create an invoice

Fill in your business name, address and tax ID. Press “Save my details” so the next invoice starts pre-filled.

Enter who you are billing. Add a separate Ship to address if the goods go somewhere else.

Add a line for each item with a quantity and rate. Set a tax mode if you charge VAT, sales tax or GST.

Turn on UPI, a bank account, IBAN/SWIFT, PayPal or Wise. Codes are validated as you type, and a UPI ID adds a scannable QR.

What a valid invoice has to include
The exact wording varies by country, but almost every tax authority expects the same core set. The editor collects all of it, and the templates lay it out in the order a bookkeeper reads.
A unique, sequential invoice number
Duplicated or random numbers are the most common reason an invoice is queried. The tool suggests a year-scoped number like INV-2026-0431.
The word “Invoice” — or “Tax invoice”
Several jurisdictions, India included, require the document to name itself. Switch the document type to change the heading.
Both parties in full
Your legal name and address, and the client's. A trading name can sit above the legal entity.
Tax registration numbers
GSTIN, VAT, ABN, EIN — whatever applies. Both sides usually need to appear on a tax invoice.
Issue date and due date
Payment terms (“Net 14”) are what the due date has to agree with; state both so there is no argument.
A clear description of each line
Quantity, unit, rate and amount per item. Vague single-line invoices get paid slowest.
The tax breakdown
Rate-wise, not just a total. Indian invoices must show CGST and SGST separately, or IGST for inter-state supply.
The total, and how to pay it
The amount due plus real payment details. This is the part generic templates skip, and the reason invoices go unpaid.
