Please read these terms carefully before using StatFlare. They govern your use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StatFlare ('the Service') at statflare.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and registered users.
2. Description of Service
StatFlare is a free YouTube channel analytics platform. We fetch publicly available data from the YouTube Data API v3 and generate AI-powered insights using Anthropic's Claude API. The Service is provided 'as is', is ad-supported, and is subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StatFlare. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.
4. User Accounts
You may use StatFlare as a guest or sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and to keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or any access restrictions by technical or other means
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to mass-analyse channels without our written permission
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or organisation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or replicate the Service or its underlying technology
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the Service or its users
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's API usage policies
6. Credits and Rate Limits
StatFlare uses a credit system to manage access to the YouTube API and AI features. Logged-in users receive 5 free credits per day. Guest users receive 3 credits per day by IP address. Additional credits may be earned by watching rewarded ads. Credits reset daily at midnight UTC. Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be purchased, refunded, or carried over.
7. Advertising
StatFlare is a free, ad-supported service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed on the platform, including banner ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You agree not to use ad blockers in a way that violates these terms, though we do not technically restrict their use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, and branding on StatFlare are owned by StatFlare or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. YouTube channel data displayed on the platform is owned by the respective channel creators and is fetched via the YouTube Data API under Google's terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of StatFlare's proprietary content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. YouTube API data reflects publicly available statistics and may differ from YouTube Studio due to API caching or lag. AI insights are generated automatically and should not be treated as professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StatFlare and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
