Please read these terms carefully before using StatFlare. They govern your use of our platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StatFlare ('the Service') at statflare.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and registered users.
2. Description of Service
StatFlare is a free multi-platform analytics platform. We fetch publicly available data from the YouTube Data API v3 and other public platform APIs, and generate AI-powered insights using third-party AI providers. The Service is provided 'as is' and is offered free of charge on the basis that it is supported by advertising revenue, including banner ads and contextual links. It is subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StatFlare. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.
4. User Accounts
You may use StatFlare as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and to keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or any access restrictions by technical or other means
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to mass-analyse channels without our written permission
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or organisation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or replicate the Service or its underlying technology
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the Service or its users
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's API usage policies
6. Credits and Rate Limits
Channel AI analysis and Creator Time Machine have separate usage rules from ordinary analytics and browser utilities. Signed-in analyses have no daily credit quota by default and remain subject to request rate limits. Visitors receive a one-time introductory balance for those two analysis workflows; it does not refresh daily and is associated with a browser cookie. Clearing browser storage or switching browsers may create a new guest identity. Failed guest analyses do not consume credits. These credits have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, transferred, or carried over.
7. Advertising and Why StatFlare Is Free
StatFlare is free to use, and it stays free because it is funded entirely by advertising. We do not charge for any feature, sell subscriptions, or sell your personal data. Instead, the cost of running the Service — API quotas, servers, and AI processing — is covered by the ads displayed across the platform. Your use of StatFlare constitutes your acceptance that these ads will be shown to you.
Every tool, dashboard, calculator, and AI feature on StatFlare is provided at no cost. There is no paid tier and no paywall. This is made possible solely by revenue from banner advertisements and contextual in-content links. If you use the Service, you accept advertising as the condition on which it is offered to you free of charge.
Ads are served by Adsterra, which selects, serves, and controls the specific advertisements you see. StatFlare does not review, endorse, verify, or approve individual advertisements before they appear on the platform.
StatFlare is not responsible or liable for the content, accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of any third-party advertisement or contextual link, nor for any product, service, offer, or website reached through one. Any transaction, purchase, download, sign-up, or correspondence you enter into with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser. You proceed entirely at your own risk.
Despite the filtering applied by advertising networks, deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious advertisements are occasionally served. StatFlare has no ability to pre-screen, approve, or remove individual ads before they are displayed. We will never ask you for payment, passwords, banking details, OTPs, or cryptocurrency through an advertisement, and no advertisement on StatFlare is endorsed or vouched for by us. Treat any ad that requests money, personal financial information, account credentials, or a software download as untrusted. StatFlare accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial loss, data loss, identity theft, malware infection, or other harm resulting from a fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious advertisement or from any third party reached through one.
Clicking an advertisement or contextual link takes you to a website we do not own or control, governed by that website's own terms and privacy policy. We strongly recommend reviewing them before sharing any information or making any payment. StatFlare disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or harm arising from your interaction with any advertisement or linked third party.
If you encounter an advertisement on StatFlare that appears fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate, please report it to gavitjayesh08@gmail.com with a screenshot and the page you saw it on. We cannot remove individual ads directly, but we will raise the report with the advertising network so it can be actioned.
Advertising revenue is what keeps StatFlare free for everyone. We ask that you consider disabling your ad blocker on this site, but we do not technically restrict its use and will not deny you access to any feature for using one.
8. Third-Party Links and External Sites
The Service contains links to third-party websites, including advertisements, contextual links, sponsored placements, and links to external platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, GitHub, and Twitch, as well as any domain you choose to analyse using our tools. These links are provided for convenience only. StatFlare does not control, monitor, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or conduct of any third-party site. This includes sites that may attempt phishing, impersonation, or other fraudulent activity. Accessing any third-party site is done entirely at your own risk, and StatFlare shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by, or in connection with, your use of or reliance on any such site.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, and branding on StatFlare are owned by StatFlare or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. YouTube channel data displayed on the platform is owned by the respective channel creators and is fetched via the YouTube Data API under Google's terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of StatFlare's proprietary content without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. YouTube API data reflects publicly available statistics and may differ from YouTube Studio due to API caching or lag. AI insights are generated automatically and should not be treated as professional advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StatFlare and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation expressly includes, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from third-party advertisements, contextual links, sponsored content, fraudulent or scam advertisements, or any external website accessed through the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
