No. "Domain Authority" is a trademarked, proprietary Moz metric we don't have access to. This tool reports Open PageRank instead — an open, published-methodology score built on the same underlying idea (link equity distributed across the web graph), scaled to a familiar 0-100 authority score.

Why does a domain show as "estimated from Tranco rank"?

Open PageRank doesn't have data for every domain on the web. When it doesn't, this tool falls back to a rough estimate derived from the domain's Tranco popularity rank instead — clearly labeled as lower confidence, since it's a popularity signal rather than a direct link-equity measurement.

Why does a small or new site show no data at all?

Accepted Answer

Both Open PageRank and Tranco only cover domains popular or well-linked enough to appear in their respective public datasets — roughly the top few million sites worldwide. A domain outside that range isn't necessarily low quality, it just hasn't accumulated enough public signal yet.

How often does this data update?

Accepted Answer

Results are cached for a few hours per domain. The underlying Open PageRank and Tranco datasets themselves are refreshed on their own schedules (typically monthly), same as most public authority/rank tools.
